Whey with an optimal BCAA ratio

BCAA stands for Branched-Chain Amino Acids. These amino acids are leucine, isoleucine and valine and make up about a third of the essential amino acids our bodies need to build and repair proteins. Mix 1 serving (1 + 3/4 scoops = 32 g) in 250 ml of water and take 1 to 3 servings daily between meals, depending on your daily protein needs.
