Whey with an optimal BCAA ratio

BCAA stands for Branched-Chain Amino Acids. These amino acids are leucine, isoleucine and valine and make up about a third of the essential amino acids our body needs. Whey Core has an optimal ratio of BCAAs.

Why whey proteins
