Breakfast cake with blueberries

This cake is super easy to make, without the addition of sugars or fats. The whey not only ensures a nice ratio in the macros, but also a delicious aroma. If you like vanilla aroma, add some vanilla extract or opt for whey powder with vanilla flavor. Delicious fresh from the oven, but also a treat cold! Ideal for breakfast or snack.

Ingredients

200 gram spelled flour
3 eggs
150 ml (almond) milk
150 gram frozen blueberries
30 gram whey protein powder 10 gr baking powder

Preparation:

  1. Mix all ingredients, except the blueberries, until smooth mass.
  2. Cover a baking tin of your choice with baking paper, and spread 100 grams of blueberries over the bottom.
  3. Pour the dough mixture on top and finish with the rest of the blueberries.
  4. Place the tin in a preheated oven at 180 ° (convection oven) for 40 minutes.
