Instructions

Recommended dosage: a dose of 50 g is suitable as a snack in the morning or afternoon, recommended as a snack in between (at least 60 minutes before or after exercise). It can be used after physical activity. To use: mix the 50 g dose well in 100 ml of water to make a smooth dough. Fry pancakes on both sides in a hot pan. Serve warm.
