Powerful BCAA dosage
BCAAs include the branched and essential amino acids Leuzine, Isoleucine and Valine and these are an important group of essential amino acids. They are essential because the body cannot make them itself. The only source is our daily food or BCAA supplements. The BCAAs have a healthy natural anabolic effect on muscle metabolism close before and immediately after training and increase protein synthesis and muscle building.
Vitamins B5, B6 and B12 are also included in this carefully formulated formula from Scitec. These vitamins contribute to a good energy metabolism and the reduction of fatigue in the muscles. Vitamin B5 (pantothenic acid) contributes to the proper synthesis and metabolism of steroid hormones, vitamin D and some neurotransmitters. Vitamin B6 plays a role in protein and glycogen metabolism and, together with vitamin B12, in the function of the immune system.
Mega BCAA 1400 contains a large dose of BCAAs. As an indication: a single capsule contains 625 mg L-Leucine, 313 mg-Valine and 313 mg L-Isoleucine. In other words, one capsule of Mega BCAA 1400 equals 2 or 3 average capsules of BCAAs.
