Acetyl L-Carnitine, Betaine Anhydrous, Citric Acid (Acidity Regulator), Vitamin C (Ascorbic Acid), Green Tea 95% Polyphenols, Choline Bitartrate, L-Theanine, Gymnema Sylvestre Leaf Extract (Contains 75% Gymnemic Acids), Taurine, L-Tyrosine, Sodium Bicarbonate, Caffeine Anhydrous, Natural Flavor, Natural Color (Beetroot Red), Anti-Caking Agents: (Silicon Dioxide, Calcium Silicate), Breathe Easy™ (Flavor), Pro GBB™ (Gamma Butyrobetaine Ethyl Ester HCL), Sucralose (Sweetener), Vitamin B3 (as Nicotinamide), Vitamin B6 (Pyridoxine Hydrochloride), Vitamin B12 (as Cyanocobalamin).

Instructions

Mix 1 portion 10g (1 level scoop) with 200ml cold water and consume 15 minutes before exercise.

Maximum dose of EGCG is 800 mg of green tea per day. Do not consume on an empty stomach or in combination with other green tea products. Not suitable for children under 18 years of age, during pregnancy or breastfeeding.
