What makes vegetable protein good?

If you are a committed vegetarian or vegan, or if you prefer not to eat animal proteins for other reasons (such as an intolerance), it is good to look into plant-based protein sources. Instructions

Take one portion per day (33 grams, 3/4 scoop) mixed with 300 ml of water.
