Milk proteins
The shakes contain milk proteins, including whey and casein, both so-called complete proteins. They provide the body with all the necessary amino acids, including the 9 essential amino acids. Essential as the body cannot produce them independently, but is dependent on the supply from outside. In addition to these amino acids, Scitec has also added Taurine.

Instructions:

Mix 1 serving (30 g) of Profein Delite Shake powder with 300 ml of water daily. Take one serving after training on training days and one serving after waking up on rest days.
