Instructions

Instructions for use : intended for direct consumption or to dilute in a sports drink. Once opened, consume immediately. Shake before use! Possible slight clouding is not a defect of the product. The tingling sensation (paresthesia) is a natural reaction!

Recommended dosage: drink 1 shot 15 minutes before your workout. The maximum daily dose is 60 ml. Do not exceed the recommended dose.

Maximum dose of EGCG is 800 mg Green tea per day. Do not consume on an empty stomach or in combination with other green tea products. Not suitable for children under 18 years of age, during pregnancy or breastfeeding.
