N1 Pre-workout is a fantastic product to prepare the body for a tough workout or competition. Nutrend's new pre-workout N1 is intended to increase both strength and endurance performance and provides energy and strength during the entire training or competition. Can be used by all athletes and represents a source of new strength, energy and, most importantly, a great feeling because you have completed your training well.

This effective pre-workout sports drink contains the following valuable ingredients after preparation per portion:

Beta-alanine (3500 mg) partially inhibits the accumulation of lactic acid in the muscle cells, which normally reduces performance.
L-arginine alpha-ketoglutarate (3500mg) strengthens the immune system and improves blood circulation. It has the highest proportion of nitrogen of the entire spectrum of amino acids and is an important component of complex proteins.
Creatine (3235 mg) for more explosive power and to experience less acidification in the muscles during strength training.
L-citruline L-malate (2250 mg) for a positive effect on muscle endurance and supports muscle growth and recovery.
Tyrosine (500mg) plays an important role in the creation of proteins, but this amino acid is best known for its ability to improve mood and fight stress.

Recommended dosage: up to 75 kg body weight and for sensitive athletes stir a dose of 8.5 g in 150 ml of water. Over 75 kg of body weight or for high-intensity training stir a dose of 17 g in 300 ml of water. Consume 30 minutes before training. Do not exceed the recommended dose. Use (box) : 8.5 g = ¼ scoop. 17 g = ½ scoop. Stir the recommended dose in water.

Important: any initial inflammatory reaction of your lips is caused by Bioperine® (95% content of piperine - black pepper extract). This effect disappears within 15 minutes.
