Greens & Fruits is our ultimate green formula with many natural ingredients, vitamins and minerals. Vitamins and minerals are essential essential nutrients that must be adequately absorbed for optimal health and high-level sports performance. Many people struggle with eating all their fruits and vegetables for various reasons (e.g., dislike of taste, lack of time, you name it!). But now here's some help!

Greens & Fruits contains 18 different vegetable and 8 different fruit sources in one portion! Digestive enzymes and Astragin® are also added to the formula. Greens & Fruits also contains a good dose of "adaptogenic" plants. Wheatgrass and Spirulina help manage weight by reducing feelings of hunger. Rheishi mushroom contributes to natural immunological defense. Barley grass protects cells against oxidative damage.

Greens & Fruits contains, among other micronutrients - the B-Complex vitamins and vitamin C, plus essential minerals such as selenium and zinc. Vitamin C contributes to the normal function of the immune and nervous systems and to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue. Vitamin D contributes to the maintenance of normal muscle and immune system function and the normal absorption and utilization of calcium and phosphorus. Vitamin K2 contributes to normal blood clotting and the maintenance of normal bones.

Zinc can contribute to your vision to continue to see well and it can have a positive effect on normal thyroid function, normal hair growth and maintenance of the nails. Zinc is also important for memory and concentration. Finally, zinc may also benefit fertility and the immune system.

Instructions

Using a mixing bottle, mix 1 portion (20 g = 1/3 measuring spoon = 3 level tablespoons) of the product with 300 ml of water. Take 1 serving per day.
