The Endurosnack energy gel from Nutrend is an ideal source of energy in a tube. Easy to use and packed with ingredients for the necessary energy during your training or competition. It is an energy gel with the main ingredient PalatinoseTM (disaccharide-isomaltulose). PalatinoseTM is a sweetener found in honey and sugar cane with a natural sweet taste and low in calories. An additional advantage of palatinose is that it is slowly absorbed into the blood and therefore supplies the body with energy for a long period of time. Enduro snacks are the best carbohydrates for endurance sports or for people who need extra energy

With added amino acids

The gel is further fortified with taurine, L-carnosine (dipeptide beta-alanine and L-histidine), branched chain amino acids BCAA in the ideal 2:1:1 ratio for L-leucine and also the glucogenic amino acids L-glycine and L-alanine.

Instructions

Recommended dosage : use 1 sachet with sufficient sports drink about 20 minutes before a workout. Eat regularly during exercise; it is possible to use 1-2 sachets within an hour. Always drink afterwards. Up to 4 tubes per day. Do not exceed the recommended dose.
