Donut Rolls

Delicious protein donut rolls, filled with your favorite spread for an extra delicious taste. Ready in an instant, nice and fresh the oven!


- 150gr self-raising flour

- 150gr low-fat Greek yogurt

- 30gr vanilla whey protein

- 1 teaspoon of rapeseed oil

- 10gr Scitec Nutrition Peanut Butter Protein

10gr GOT7 Protein Spread Hazelnut Spread


Mix in the flour, yogurt, whey protein and rapeseed oil into a bowl and knead it into a ball. Roll out the dough into a rectangle with a thickness of about 1 cm. Sprinkle some extra flour if the dough is too heavy sticks. Divide the dough into four strips, spread a portion of pasta on each strip choice, such as hazelnut spread or peanut butter. Use 5 grams per bar for this and carefully roll up each bar. Place the four rolls on a lightly buttered one oven plate. Bake for 12 minutes at 180 degrees in the oven.
