Beta-Alanine compressed caps are capsules containing high quality purified gelatin. Easily digestible and contain precise portions with the active amino acids: Beta-alanine and L-histidine. The positive effect of beta-alanine is strongest with intensive exercises that last longer than 1 minute and less than 4 minutes. So you will feel a difference when you make longer sets or during your cardio exercises.

Against lactic acid
Beta-Alanine is a non-essential amino acid that the body uses for the formation of carnosine. The substance carnosine regulates, among other things, the PH value and can thus partially inhibit the accumulation of lactic acid in the muscle cells, causing normal performance to decline.

Instructions

Recommended dosage: take 2-4 capsules 60 minutes before training. The maximum daily dose is 4 capsules. Do not exceed the recommended dose.
