Amino 5600 is a broad spectrum amino acid formula containing - among others - all essential and branched chain amino acid types. Essential amino acids are indispensable to us because they cannot be produced by the body and therefore must be supplied in the diet. The branched chain amino acids (BCAAs) are also essential amino acids and they represent about 35% of the essential amino acids in muscle proteins.

Amino 5600 is made from high quality proteins with the addition of L-Glutamine in free form! Glutamine is an amino acid that plays a major role in muscle recovery and prevention of muscle breakdown. It is also important for many metabolic processes such as brain function and protein synthesis.
